1. Booking advance
A 10% advance payment is required to confirm a booking. It is deducted fully from the final rental total and is not an additional fee.
2. Customer cancellation
The 10% booking advance is non-refundable when the customer cancels, regardless of the time of cancellation, except in an accepted force-majeure event described below.
3. Force majeure
A refund may be approved where the trip is directly prevented by an event genuinely outside the customer’s control, including natural disaster, war, official airport closure or official border closure. Reasonable evidence must be provided and each request is reviewed based on the direct effect on the booking.
Personal plan changes, ordinary flight schedule changes, failure to obtain documents, finding a lower price, or deciding not to travel are not force majeure.
4. Cancellation by MASAFA DRIVE
If we cannot supply the confirmed category or a suitable equivalent or higher-category alternative, all amounts received for that booking will be refunded. A customer who refuses a suitable equivalent or free upgrade is treated as cancelling the booking.
5. Early return, no-show and extensions
- No refund is issued for unused rental days after early return.
- Failure to attend without notice is treated as customer cancellation.
- A verified flight delay is not a no-show when the customer provides the flight number and prompt updates.
- Any extension requires approval and payment before the original return time.
6. Refund timing
Where a refund is approved, it is returned using an agreed available method. Bank, card, PayPal, Binance or currency-processing timelines and charges outside our control may affect the final receipt time or amount.
