Can I book a car with a driver by the hour or for a full day?
Yes. Send your preferred date, start and finish times and itinerary. Availability, the included hours and the complete quotation are confirmed before the booking is accepted.
Who provides the vehicle and driver?
MASAFA DRIVE coordinates the request and booking details. The passenger transport service is operated by a licensed Omani transport partner.
Does the quotation include fuel, parking and waiting time?
The written quotation states what is included. Parking, entry fees, waiting and extra hours must be checked against the agreed schedule before you confirm.
How many passengers and bags can travel?
Share the exact passenger and luggage count. We confirm a suitable category and capacity with the operating partner; special or larger-vehicle requests remain subject to availability.
Can I request a route outside Muscat?
Send the full route and expected return arrangements. Intercity journeys are reviewed and quoted separately, subject to licensed partner and vehicle availability.
What if I only need an airport-to-hotel transfer?
Use the dedicated airport transfer service for a point-to-point airport journey. Include your flight details, destination, passengers and luggage so the correct transfer arrangement can be checked.
Can I change the route or extend the service?
Request changes as early as possible. The driver schedule, availability and any revised price or additional-time charge must be reconfirmed.
