Desert and wadi routes
Sand and off-road driving are not automatically included with every rental. Written supplier approval, suitable insurance terms and an appropriate vehicle are required.
Seven seats and luggage
When all seats are occupied, luggage capacity is limited. Send the passenger and bag count before booking.

Delivery & collection
- Free delivery and collection within Muscat and at Muscat Airport for rentals of 3 days or more
- For shorter rentals, the mobile handover location and any delivery charge are confirmed with the quotation
Refundable deposit
- No deposit with a valid Omani driving licence
- Without an Omani licence: OMR 60 refundable deposit for possible traffic fines
- Released within 30 days after return, less any outstanding charges
Booking confirmation
- 10% advance payment confirms the booking
- The advance is fully deducted from the rental total
- The request is valid only after written confirmation

Driver age
Minimum age: 18. Drivers aged 18–21 pay OMR 25 once for the full booking.
Late return
One-hour grace period, then OMR 3 per hour. After 6 hours, a full rental day is charged.
Extra mileage
The rate includes 200 km per rental day. Extra mileage is OMR 0.100 per kilometre.
Fuel
Fuel is returned at the same level. If there is a difference, only the fuel difference is charged.
Smoking & cancellation
Smoking inside the vehicle carries an OMR 25 charge. Cancellation is non-refundable except in force majeure situations.
