Put the trip details in one request.
Start with pick-up and return dates and times in Oman time, then specify the meeting location. For an airport arrival, add your flight number and arrival time. Include all passengers, including the driver, large suitcases, cabin bags and any child-seat request.
Choose a category for your actual trip.
Describe your route, length of stay and the roads and parking you expect to use. Seat count alone does not establish luggage space. If you need a monthly rental or a car with a driver, say so at the start so the quotation matches the service you need.
Prepare documents without placing them in the enquiry form.
Vehicle handover involves checking the driving licence and appropriate identification. Share the licence issuing country and driver age when enquiring so the partner’s requirements can be explained before confirmation; do not assume every overseas licence has the same acceptance conditions. Do not put passport images or payment-card details in the request notes.
Read the whole quotation before confirming.
Separate the rental charge from any refundable deposit. Check the quoted period, included mileage, excess-kilometre rate, coverage, any excess and extras. Ask for collection and return locations and charges, plus date-change and cancellation terms, in the written quotation.
Check the vehicle at handover and return.
Photograph its condition with the handover representative and record the fuel level, odometer and any observations on the handover record. Keep the support number and agreed return location and time. At return, review the inspection, any itemised charges and the deposit settlement timing under your agreement.
